Multiphase meters, Oil and Gas Fiscal Measurement Products and Measurement Engineering Consulting De Flow Ltd. was established in 1994 and continues to be very successful in developing metering applications for our clients. De Flow Ltd. has successfully undertaken Flow Computer measurement, concept design, engineering, configuration, factory acceptance testing, commissioning and operation services to BP/AIOC for the ACG and BTC project over the last three years. The BP/AIOC project is the largest BP engineering investment this century and a key element to the supply of oil and gas to Western Europe. In addition De Flow Ltd. with SR Controls Ltd. has just completed flow computer engineering projects at the Shell Stanlow Refinery, Amec for gas metering, Transco UK and for Russian Oil companies. The manufacture and supply of the Neftemer three-phase meter of well control and metering at the well head.
