This informative workshop is one of a series of evening events that are offered by the Wessex Section of the Institute of Measurement and Control.  The evening provides a relaxed setting for socialising, networking, also questions and discussions about the presentation.
 
Clive Maybury has a background in engineering , having served as an apprentice with Westland Helicopters.  Since 1985, Clive has been involved with control valve and associated instrumentation packages for use within the food and beverage, power, refining, pharmaceutical and other process industries.  Clive represents Emerson Process Management Fisher Valves and Regulators Division as a Field Sales Consultant. 
 
The talk will discuss SMART positioners and control valves and their positive impact on control loop performance and operations.
